Blight Elimination Steering Team Action Plans
In order to more effectively coordinate efforts within BEST, each committee comes together to create a yearly Action Plan detailing the overarching goals, milestones to accomplish these goals, and the timeline in which they will be accomplished. This document guides the Blight Elimination Steering Team’s focus and energy throughout the year, as team members work collaboratively and independently to complete Action Plan items.
